Cab is a 1965 C10 factory short-bed. There has been some previous shaving/welding done to the firewall (not done by Phat Phabz). There’s minimal rust in the floors and rockers for a 60 year old truck. But some patching will need to take place. Installed are the Switch Suspension hood hinges with gas struts.

The chassis is our Phat Phabz full coil-over chassis with QA1 coil-overs on all four corners. Wilwood aluminum pro spindles are used in the front that have the sealed bearing hub like newer trucks(flat center caps can be ran). This chassis has been powder coated red with silver components.

No interior, no bed floor, no drivetrain (mounts are setup for LS engine).

Wheels: New BAD Maulers 24×9 and 24×10

Tires: New Lexani LX-9 – 275/30-24 and 295/35-24

We are asking $35,000 OBO

]]> Independent front suspension modeled after the ’14-’18 Silverado 1500 4wd trucks. We use factory control arms(upper and lower), steering knuckles, hubs, rotors, calipers, tie rod ends, front sway bar, and brake lines from the new model Silverado. The chassis is considered to have a 3″ lift built-in from the factory stance.

We do use a rack and pinion from a previous year Silverado to maintain hydraulic steering. The drivability of this chassis will make your older Blazer feel like a brand new truck!

The rear uses the same ’14-’18 Silverado rear axle, which is a 33 spline 12 bolt rear end utilizing 3.42 gear ratio that matches the front differential.

An aluminum 23 gal tank is mounted between the frame rails in the rear utilizing the stock filler on the drivers side . It also houses an included newer Tahoe fuel pump and sending unit for ease of installation and fuel gauge compatibility.

A 1/4″ skid plate is built underneath the front crossmember to protect the front differential from any obstruction.

Front and rear bumper brackets are included.

Most powder coat colors are available.

]]> Make building your link setup quick and easy with these mock bushings. They simply slip into your bar ends and stay during the duration of fitment and welding. No more assembling poly bushings and trying to get them back out without breaking your tacks, no more melted bushings. These inserts are made of 6061 aluminum so they wont melt while you weld up your bar ends. They also conduct a ground so you wont have to move your ground clamp numerous times. Weld spatter doesn’t stick and they help wick heat out of the bar end to minimize warpage. The inner hole diameter is 9/16” so there’s no need for the inner sleeves. The outside shoulders are slightly oversized to accommodate for warpage and paint tolerances. If you own a shop you need these, they save time and time is money.
