Make building your link setup quick and easy with these mock bushings. They simply slip into your bar ends and stay during the duration of fitment and welding. No more assembling poly bushings and trying to get them back out without breaking your tacks, no more melted bushings. These inserts are made of 6061 aluminum so they wont melt while you weld up your bar ends. They also conduct a ground so you wont have to move your ground clamp numerous times. Weld spatter doesn’t stick and they help wick heat out of the bar end to minimize warpage. The inner hole diameter is 9/16” so theres no need for the inner sleeves. The outside shoulders are slightly oversized to accommodate for warpage and paint tolerances. If you own a shop you need these, they save time and time is money.
